Do I need to create an account in order to place an order?

Setting up an account is not mandatory, but by doing so, you be able to enjoy the following
benefits:
• Track your order and review all your past purchases.
• Save your address to make the purchasing process faster.
• Manage your account details and newsletter subscription.

I’m unable to place an order. How can this be resolved?

If you are experiencing issues with using our website or order placement, try :

  • Connect to the site via an alternative browser: we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome.
  • Try to delete the cookies from your browser and clear the cache or using an incognito browser window.

If you are experiencing issues with payment, try:

  • Using a different payment method.
  • Check that your payment card has been enabled for online purchases and keep the 3D secure
    code at hand.

Can I change currency?

No, you cannot change the currency. Currency is automatically assigned to you depending on the country you shop from, though it might not always be the default currency of the country.

If the credit card’s default currency is not the same as the local currency, the final price will be calculated based on the exchange rate applicable on the date that the credit card company processed the transaction.

Why has my order been canceled?

If your order has been canceled, try the following :

  • Contact your bank to check that no security blocks have been placed on your credit card.
  • Place a new order and make sure that the billing address, cardholder’s name and other
    account and card-related details are correct.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Once your order was confirmed, we cannot cancel or make any changes due to the nature of the product.

I purchased a product, where can I find it?

Once you purchase the pattern you’ll receive an email with the order confirmation and links to download all the files. If you can’t locate an email, try to check your spam box. If you have an account on our website you can log in and see all files in the Downloads section.

I used a wrong email on my purchase, what do I do?

Simply message us with your name and email address you used on your purchase so we can pull out the order information! Then, we can send you the files to your new email address provided by you.
