As soon as you place an order we will send you a few emails regarding your order information. Make sure to check the spam folder if you haven’t received the updates.

Order confirmation email:
Confirmation email letting you know we’ve received your order. The email will contain all downloadable files with your sewing pattern.

Your order number can typically be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you can’t locate the confirmation email, you may also log in to your account on our website and go to the ‘Order History’ or ‘My Orders’ section, where your order number should be listed next to the relevant order.

Once the order is completed, it is not possible to cancel the order due to the digital nature of the product.

You will receive an email informing you why your order was canceled or partially canceled. Usually the reason for cancelling an order:

• There was an error in your order details
• We noticed there is a duplicate order
